Such superior commitment to service has seen an opening for an experienced Maintenance/Service person who will take charge of the repairs department.
In this busy and varied role your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the handover process of new sales to customers
- Servicing of caravans which will include modifications with the assistance of the manufacturer
- Handyman duties similar to home repairs
- Warranty work
- Just getting your hands dirty
The successful candidate should have:
- A trades background
- Ability to diagnose issues
- Problem solving skills
- Computer skills to update customer database
- Some caravan and or home repair experience.
Applicants who own a caravan or have worked with such repairs will be highly regarded.
