As the first point of contact for visiting customers and telephone enquiries your duties will include:
- Taking incoming calls and greeting & welcoming customers
- Assisting the sales team
- Managing the accessories centre
- Taking customer payments (EFT/Cash/Credit)
- Chasing archived material
- Updating customer database
- General administration (MS Office)
Key selection criteria:
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Related experience in hospitality, retail or a showroom environment
