This is a genuinely exciting role for a person who is excited about career growth and the capacity to earn good money. This role offers amazing variety! No two days will be the same. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager you will be performing all manner of office administration duties including the support of teams of professionals.
This job will suit a high energy person who loves variety and challenge. If you like the “same old routine” and find it difficult to multi-task this job is not for you. You will need to be computer savvy, pro-active and a great team player. You’re the sort of person who anticipates problems before they arise and solves them before they become an issues.
Your primary duties will include:
General office administration in a small office environment
Invoicing and basic accounts work
Intermediate level spreadsheet work
PA work for the Service Delivery Manager
To be considered for this role you will have:
A minimum of 12 months administration experience in a small office environment
Intermediate Excel skills
Top tier verbal and written skills
HSC qualifications
An ability to multitask
A love for variety and challenge
Great people skills
