This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist and administration person to join a company offering great career prospects, lots of interesting work and a great team of people.
Your primary duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Maintain visitor and contractor sign in sheet
- Directing calls to staff via NEC switchboard (not too busy)
- Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
- Booking domestic and international freight consignments
- General office administration duties
- Writing correspondence for marketing department
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Keep reception and kitchen areas tidy
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Higher School Certificate or vocational training
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic Excel
- Very good verbal and written language skills
- Stable work history with good referees
- Very professional / corporate appearance
