Administration / Data Checking Officer
Western Suburbs of Brisbane
Our client is a well established vehicle depot and repair business situated in the western suburbs of Brisbane. Established for many years and enjoying loyal patronage they are family owned and offer stable employment in a small and friendly environment.
On offer is a job that requires a lot of attention to detail, honesty and an enjoyment of recurring duties. Working closely with the manager you will be required to process and data check various information including cash amounts and various details on forms. Your job will be to ensure that the information provided is correct and that the exact details are entered into the appropriate database.
Other duties will include:
- Answering enquiries over the phone
- Cash handling
- Faxing, filing and photocopying
- Basic accounts duties including raising invoices, AP and AR
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years office experience
- Basic book keeping experience
- Experience with cross checking lots of data/information for accuracy
- Live in the Western suburbs of Brisbane
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Honesty
- Whilst not essential knowledge of Quickbooks will be highly regarded
