JOB DUTIES:
- Calling prospects to make initial contact with appropriate decision makers
- Discussing the benefits of the product and determining the needs of the prospect
- Follow up with all leads/enquiries
- Make follow up calls to existing leads
- Sending appropriate collateral and information to prospects
- Conduct live online and face to face demonstrations.
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of web / online industry
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in a business environment
- Proven lead generation experience
- Ability to compose clear and effective correspondence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to meet KPIs and use own initiative while working alone and unsupervised.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Word/Outlook/Powerpoint)
- Drivers license and car essential
- Software Sales in Rostering, Time & Attendance, HR or Payroll industry highly regarded
