Due to continued growth, this Global IT services and software solution provider is now offering an experienced Test Manager the opportunity to lead their Systems Integration (SI) program from a testing perspective and manage the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Translating functional, non-functional, infrastructure & data migration requirements into testing specifications
- Creating testing strategies and test plan
- Setting up the test Environments
- Managing System Integration testing
- Project Management of the testing
- Assisting the business with User Acceptance Testing
- Allocating tasks to the testing team
- Managing client relationships
- Responsible for testing queries and enquiries
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager for system integration programs
- Strong understanding of waterfall SDLC
- Hands-on experience in a testing environment
- Strong skills in functional, performance, regression testing, and automation.
- Proven ability to manage a test team & vendor relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Services testing would be highly regarded
