Our client is a managed IT services provider in the medical industry. They design, setup and look after computer networks for the private health sector ranging from private practices to hospital. They also provide cutting edge speech recognition software to doctors. Their services and products are highly sought after and their reputation is highly regarded in both the I.T and medical industry
This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen receptionist/admin person to kick start their career with a very friendly supportive team. This role will offer the right candidate variety, career progression and training. Based on front desk you will utilise your excellent communication skills and keen attitude and our client will teach you the rest.
Your primary duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Directing calls to staff
- Managing couriers and receiving stock
- General office administration duties
- Data entry into database & MYOB (training provided)
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Higher School Certificate or vocational training
- Some previous office experience
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and a keen attitude to learn
