Our client is a specialist provider of call tracking solutions that help businesses monitor,optimiseand measure both online and offline marketing. They currently employ over 120 staff throughout Australia & New Zealand and have more than 2,700 customers that range from small and medium-sized businesses to government organisations and multinational corporations.  They have been successfully delivering solutions to businesses for more than 15 years. 

They have embarked on a major growth phase, and this newly created role is critical in continuing the momentum and to ensure they have a cohesive go-to-market strategy throughout all channels. This is a broad and exciting product marketing role, responsible for developing and managing the product and application portfolio. The key focus of this role is to grow revenue, market share and margin.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing the marketing plan
  • Managing the product development and lifecycle, including design and launch
  • Engaging in product development and preparing the product development roadmap
  • Measuring and managing product performance
  • Planning, and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Preparing online and offline collateral and documentation
  • Ensuring the sales, service teams and partners are trained on the products, applications and offerings
  • Managing commercial matters in relation to products
  • Ensuring product profitability and formulating pricing initiatives

·         Analysing customer, competitor and market insights

Experience and Skills

  • A good understanding of product development and go-to-market process with experience in pricing and margin management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven B2B experience in telecommunications, IT or a marketing agency.
  • Be analytically minded.
  • An understanding of the online, digital and SEO space will be highly regarded
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Staff management experience (virtual team)
