Our client is a rapidly growing company that delivers high profile business solutions and services to a number of Australia’s highest profile industries and corporations.Their specialised expertise covers the full spectrum of technical services, installations, training and compliance provided in the key areas of Transpayment and Transticketing Services.
Due to extensive growth, they are currently seeking a HR Consultant to plan, organise and manage HR business requirement.
Your duties will varied and will include;
- Creating and implementing induction and orientation of staff. 80 total (contractors and permanent employees).
- Planning, organizing and managing the HR business requirements
- Ongoing management of the competency framework and integration of competencies into all HR activities and processes
- Managing of company recruitment processes
- Maintaining and creating employee and contractor agreements
- Maintain best practice training and learning principles for all levels of employees across the business
- Performance appraisal programs for employee development
- Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures
Personal Attributes
- Related HR qualification
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or a HR generalist role
- Knowledge of Australian IR/ER Legislation and work practices
- Dynamic and with a can do attitude
- Ability to work in an autonomous role
- Excellent interpersonal/people skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
