Our client is a specialist provider of call tracking, toll-free, fixed line, mobile and broadband solutions that help businesses monitor and optimise performance. They currently employ over 120 staff throughout Australia & New Zealand and have more than 2,700 customers that range from small and medium-sized businesses to government organisations and multinational corporations. They have been successfully delivering solutions to businesses for more than 15 years.
This is a rare customer service role. You will be providing exceptional customer service to clients including basic problem solving of technical enquires. You will have an understanding of Telco or Information Technology Networks and demonstrated experience in working through client issues and managing, retaining and growing these relationships.
Your duties will include:
- Responsible for customer requests and providing solutions
- Providing phone based customer service to existing clients
- Be able to understand basic technical problems and then communicate those problems to the technicians
- Taking sales enquiries
- Account retention and growth
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven experience in a phone based customer service role
- Previous experience in Telco/IT help desk essential
- Ability to manage customer relationships and understand & resolve any issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
