Their technical expertise is based on local and international experience, including the construction technologies applicable to commercial office towers, research hospitals, housing developments, transport infrastructure and public outdoor spaces.

Your duties will include:
- Supporting and contributing to the design and documentation of major commercial projects
- Taking a component of a construction package of a large commercial building and independently designing, developing and documenting that part of the building
- Actively participate in internal and external design reviews
- Supporting the project director with providing documentation for planning submissions to relevant planning authorities and providing support for project planning including deadlines and deliverables
- On site visits wherein you will be expected to respond to contractor queries
- Independently manage relationships with external project managers
- Issuing tenders via main contractors
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Between 5-9 years experience working as an architect with large commercial buildings including the design, development, and delivery of construction packages
- Experience with schematic design
- A willingness to work with a 3D BIM package
- Stable work history with excellent referees
- Whilst not essential the following will highly regarded:
- Registration of relevant professional body
- On-site experience
