Our client is a managed services provider in the medical industry. Their Mission is to provide the highest quality of information technology solutions and services to the medical sector. They currently service a wide spectrum of medical practices, day surgeries and hospitals.
They also provide cutting edge speech recognition software to the medical industry.
This fixture within the medical sector is Government endorsed. Theirservices and products are highly sought after and their reputation is highly regarded in both the I.T and medical industry.
Reporting directly to the MD this Sales/Account Management role will allow you to focus on a large amount of warm leads, incoming enquiries as well as prospecting based on referrals. Sales will compose of 70% of the role and the remainder will be Account Management. You will be supported by a team of professionals as well as a generous marketing budget.
Your primary duties will include:
- Generating new leads by calling prospects based on referrals from existing customers
- Qualifying enquiry calls and formulating solutions
- Assisting with generating proposals
- Converting enquires into sales
- Promoting the company’s products and services over the phone and in meetings
- Account Management and growth of existing business
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience working as an Account Manager or Sales Representative in a Technical field (3 years)
- IT savvy – you must be comfortable dealing with IT matters and understand the terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stable work history with great referees
- Previous prospecting and cold calling experience
