Part Time Senior Book Keeper

They’ve published the books, reports and articles that intranet teams across the globe rely on to guide their planning and design decisions. They also work in a number of closely related fields, conducting user-centred design work, helping organisations select suitable content management systems and supporting knowledge management strategies.

Your primary duties will include:
Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliations
Monthly P&L reporting as well as a range of other financial reports that must be retrieved from MYOB
Payroll for 8 people
Group Certificates
BAS
IAS
Converting payments in $US to $A in MYOB
Allocating payments
Tracking expenses
Data entry of supply invoices
To be considered for this role you will have:
A minimum of 5 years experience in all of the above duties
Excellent skills with MYOB including producing various financial reports
Excellent communication skills
Stable job history with excellent referees
A strong worth ethic
Great team player skills
Whilst not essential some exposure to converting payment from foreign currency will be viewed favourably.
