Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking provider of outsourced IT solutions based in the southern suburbs of Sydney. They provide their clients with tailored and cost effective solutions to their I.T. business needs. They also install, train and implement accounting software, namely Arrow Tencia.

As the trainer / implementer you will be working closely with a broad range of clients assisting them with the installing, upgrading, training and correct operation of Arrow accounting software. As well as fielding enquiries over the phone and internet you will be visiting clients on site and training them on all aspects of Arrow and Arrow Tencia.
Primarily we are searching for a person who understands basic accounting procedures and implementing accounting software packages in businesses. In short, you will have a sound grasp of accounting and I.T. to the extent that you can install, upgrade and navigate through an accounting ERP database (.net based). You will be a great communicator who has trained people either one to one or in groups.

As a part of a team you will be assisting clients with the implementation, training and support of an ERP accounting database, i.e, Arrow Tencia
Providing online and face to face support with regards to any questions clients may have
Train clients one on one and in groups
Selection criteria of this job include:
Ideally you will have a several years experience implementing and training people with accounting software.
Must have a good working understanding of how accounts / finances work in a business including: preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations etc
- Experience in training people either one on one or in groups
- An understanding of Windows, XP and Windows Server
- A basic understanding of SQL databases
- Report writing skills using Chrystal or Microsoft Reporting Services
- An ability to listen to what clients are saying and understanding their true needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people skills including an ability to work in a team environment.
