Located in Leichhardt close to the cafes and shops, our client is a well-established (started 23 years ago) and growing firm providing a range of accountancy and financial services to a desirable list of clients. As the accountant you will be joining a practice of 10 people all of whom are dedicated to providing the highest levels of client care and professional advice whilst at the same time maintaining a sensible work life balance.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be managing an interesting portfolio of clients in a busy, friendly and supportive environment. You will be meeting with clients and providing a broad range of accountancy related advice.
Your primary duties will include:
- Preparation of financial reports and income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts
- Auditing of Not for Profits and Associations
- Preparation of Superfunds including financial reports and income tax returns
- Providing sound tax advice to a range of a broad range clients
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum of 4 years experience as an accountant within an Australian chartered accountancy practice
- Experience with super funds and audit experience
- CA/CPA or near completed
- High level communication skills
- Proficient with BGL software or similar package
- High level skills with MYOB / Solution 6 (Accounting and Tax Software)
Whilst not essential the following criteria will be highly regarded:
- Experience with auditing Not for Profits organisations
