This role represents a genuinely fantastic opportunity for an ERP implementation consultant to join a company that is poised for rapid growth. Mainly working in the medium end of the market you will receive lots of support (including three weeks of training in Europe) and be working in a friendly and consultative culture designed to make you succeed.
Your primary duties will include:
- Basic understanding of transactional (traditional ERP) and/or non-transactional (beyond ERP) business processes
- Implements business software with guidance from project managers
- Transferring knowledge of the transactional and/or non-transactional (beyond ERP) system via training
- Translate client's requirements into feasible solutions considering the totality of the company's processes
- Carrying-out a full implementation cycle under coaching and guidance of a project manager
To be considered for this role you will have:
- At least one year of consultancy experience or customer support experience
- ERP experience or experience in, for example, Finance, Logistics, CRM, Manufacturing, HRM or Retail
- Experience with customers on-site
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and customers
- Understanding of business processes
