Receptionist / Administrator

Your primary duties will include:
- General reception duties, with well developed skills in telephone answering, public relations and positive marketing of the organisation (another colleague assists with reception support during the day)
- Core Administration (motor vehicle fleet management, handing incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring stationery/IT supplies are available, and IT support such as changing toners)
- Admin Support (providing admin support to other areas of the organisation when time permits)
To be considered for this role:
- You will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Receptionist / Administrator
- A drivers licence is essential
- You will have very good communication skills and be a good listener
- You will be a self-starter and confident in managing your own section
- You will be responsible, have a welcoming manner and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- You will be proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel software
Desirable:
- Ability to speak a community language
- Experience in using referral and information systems
- Experience using desktop publishing systems and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the Western Metropolitan Region
- Experience as a receptionist in a crisis, health or community service environment
