This role represents a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly and helpful team in the corporate office. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your work will be busy with loads of variety and there is significant opportunity for career progression within the organisation due to continued growth.
Your primary duties will include:
· Completion of statutory meeting notices
· Tracking of resident correspondence
· Management of resident files
· General correspondence (verbal dictaphone & written)
· Management of General Operations files
· Annual leave tracking
· Tracking of timely payments of nominated accounts with Village Managers
· Preparation, collation and distribution of AGM documentation
· Coordination and managing of service provider contracts
· Printing and collation of monthly operations reports
To be considered for this role you will:
· Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
· Have experience in handling confidential material
· Be competent in using Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Be able to use research tools such as the internet and RP Data
· Be highly organised with the ability to coordinate your own activities
· Have effective time management skills
· Be a team player
· Have exceptional communication skills
· Be able to think on your feet
· Be proactive, mature, assertive
· Have a desire to understand company principles & values
