Our client is an investment house which offers a broad range of corporate advisory, investor relations and capital raising services to companies across a select number of industry sectors.
They believe that hard work, enthusiasm and attention to detail are key in developing their strong reputation which provides a competitive advantage over more traditional firms and large scale banking institutions.
Our client wishes to appoint a Personal Assistant/Administrator on a full-time basis to provide administrative support to two young and dynamic executive directors, as well as manage a small office. The successful candidate will be willing to demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, be flexible and have a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities will include:
- PA duties for two Directors
- Coordinating Travel requirements (domestic & international, including arranging visas)
- Diary management for two Directors
- Credit Card and expense reconciliations for Directors and consultants
- Coordinating conferences
- Preparing presentations in MS PowerPoint
- Assisting with preparation of reports & board papers
- General office administration, providing administrative support to the directors and the wider team when required
- Delegating work to reception, and providing reception with support when required (i.e. during lunch breaks)
- Expense management (including credit card reconciliations)
- Managing client details in the CRM system
- Maintain Australian Financial Licence registrations
- Data Entry in MYOB
- Assisting with Marketing and road shows as required
- Assisting with Event Management as required
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
- Experience using MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant and administration person in a small office environment
- Must be flexible in your approach
- Professional Services background preferred
- Ability to multi-task and have excellent planning skills
- Drivers Licence
