Customer Service Manager
Our client is aspecialist provider of toll-free, fixed line, mobile and broadband solutions to small and medium businesses. They currently employ over 120 staff throughout Australia & New Zealand. They are in a growth phase, with several internal opportunities available for good performers to develop and progress their careers.
This is the ideal customer service role. You will be providing exceptional customer service to clients including problem solving technical enquires. You will have an understanding of Telco Networks and demonstrated experience in working through client issues. As the customer service manager you will also be responsible for managing three staff members.
Your duties will include:
- Responsible for customer service operations
- Providing phone based customer service to large clients (top 100)
- Be able to understand basic technical problems customers receive and then communicate those problems to the technicians
- Manage a staff of three customer service operators
- Make improvements in the customer service operations as you see them
- On occasion there will be some face to face meeting with clients
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum of two years experience as a customer service manager in a telco environment
- An understanding of telco issues including networks and PABX installation issues
- People management experience
- Very high level of communication skills
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their issues
- Driver’s license
