BDM Solution Selling

 

Our client is aspecialist provider of toll-free, fixed line, mobile and broadband solutions to small and medium businesses. They currently employ over 120 staff throughout Australia & New Zealand. They are in a growth phase, with several internal opportunities available for good performers to develop and progress their career.

This role represents a great opportunity for a BDM who can understand the commercial drivers of both SMEs and marketing professionals. One of the marketing issues often faced by SME’s and marketing departments is tracking the source of leads or enquiries.  An inability to track where enquiries originate from translates to an inability to understand proper Return On Marketing Outlays.  In this role you will be selling cost effective and cutting edge solutions to this common problem.

You will be selling a range of tracking solutions that will provide your clients with the ability to track the source of all enquiries. Your solutions will be able to answer questions such as: Where did that enquiry originate from? And Where is our best marketing return?

Duties include:

  • Selling tracking solutions to SMEs and marketing professionals
  • Making contact with businesses and marketing professionals and explaining the benefits of tracking the source of enquiries
  • Listening to the issues of SME’s and marketing professionals and offering them tailored solutions

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a BDM who has demonstrated success with solution selling
  • An understanding of how marketing departments operate including a keen appreciation of ROI on marketing spend
  • Whilst you will be selling mostly telco products no telco experience is required.
  • Stable work history and good referees
