Our client is a leading motor claims organisation and need additional staff due to growth in the business to maintain their current high level of service. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio and work with our close team in a flexible environment. Excellent training and support to improve your knowledge will be provided.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing motor vehicle insurance claims from inception to settlement
- Providing great service to clients
- Providing best possible outcomes to clients through your recovery of their claims
- Following strict collections procedures from a range of clients and being able to learn the legal process for motor claims recoveries
- Negotiating claims with insurance companies
To be successful for this role you must:
- A minimum of 12 experience working in an insurance recoveries claims environment
- demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- have an ABN or be able to get one
- be confident and assertive whilst remaining professional and polite
- have a controlled phone manner and strong negotiation skills
- be motivated to meet and exceed targets
- maintain ongoing client relationships
- achieve recoveries targets and be motivated by reward for success
- have a stable work history with good references
The remuneration for the position will be negotiated based your experience and abilities.
Previous experience in the insurance industry dealing with motor claims will be highly regarded.
