As the face of the company this role will offer you a work-life balance, a relaxed environment, corporate offices and parking on site, all whilst working 25.5 hours per week.
Based on front desk your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Taking accurate messages and forwarding to clients
- Meet and greet of visitors for boardroom/meeting room facilities
- Updating roster and spreadsheet for booking schedule
- Associated administration
To secure this rare opportunity you will have:
- Some previous front desk/reception experience
- A1 written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Genuine requirement to work part-time
Hours of work are:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday:
2:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday/Friday
8:15am-5:30pm
