Sales Support Administrator

Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting in the sales process
- Working on costing spreadsheets
- Sourcing pricing and getting quotations for IT supplies
- Creating quotes for clients
- Placing orders and ensuring the orders reach their intended target
- Liaise with accounts to pay invoices
- Managing the assets register
- General administration
- Assisting the accounts person with basic accounts transactions
Selection Criteria for this roles includes:
- 1-2 years working in administration in an office environment
- Must have good Excel skills
- Stable work history
- Good attention to detail
- Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Great communication skills
