Our client is an amazingly innovative and dynamic website development company that is offering new and fresh solutions to businesses for all their website needs. They have a large client base that is growing rapidly and they wish to continue their expansion by putting on several sales people to add to their already highly successful sales team.
Currently the sales people are earning over $100K package. It is expected in the first few months that you will be earning approximately $60-$70K minimum and as you become more familiar with the job (and receive more training) it is expected that you will comfortably earn approximately $100K.
Please note, this is not your conventional telephone sales role, nor is this your run of the mill tele-marketing company. On offer is amazing earning potential, future profit share arrangements as well as a stake in your own business. We'd like to think it is the future of selling and company/employee relationships.
On offer is a sales role where all your leads are pre-generated for you. There is no cold calling and there is no going out to source new clients. Your role will be to respond to enquiries already made. You will be engaging qualified prospects over the phone in a non-pressure conversation in order to ascertain their web site needs and then offering them a range of suitable website solutions.
You will be fantastic at ascertaining clients’ needs over the phone, listening to their concerns and then closing a deal. You will be patient, a good listener, know what questions to ask and know how to bring a sales call to a successful end. Above all you’re the sort of person who loves talking on the phone.
Reporting directly to the sales manager, you will be working in a small and friendly office, supported by a great team and provided with lots of support to get you started. This is not a sink or swim role – help is on offer for the right person, but you must demonstrate a willingness to succeed.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have approximately 2/3 years experience working in a sales environment - preferably over the phone
- Enjoy talking to people over the phone and providing them with great business solutions
- Have a great attitude and be willing to do what it takes to succeed (no time watchers please)
- Demonstrated track record in selling within a small business context
- Have the ability to ascertain the needs of the clients before offering solutions
- Have great team player skills
- Must have an upbeat and energetic personality
