Our client offers premium lifestyle resort living. With all the comforts of home and set on 1.3 hectares of lush gardens and incorporating magnificent views, they have paved the way for a new resort living experience offering excellence in design, lifestyle, service, security and care. They are leaders in quality, independent living with the services and facilities residents would expect to find in a boutique hotel.

In many ways this is a dream job. You will be working in a beautiful environment with a friendly and supportive team and dealing with discerning clients. You will be enjoying a relatively easy going pace focusing your energies on providing great customer service and client satisfaction.  It’s all about quality not quantity.

We are looking for someone who has second to none customer service skills and comes from a hospitality background.  You will enjoy interacting with people and being responsive to their needs. Your interpersonal communication skills are top tier as is your willingness to assist your clients.

We are looking for someone who as well as being able to work on most weekends can work in one or two shifts. The shifts are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. Preference will be given to candidates who can work both shifts.

Your primary duties will include:

  • General reception / concierge duties
  • Greeting visitors to the resort and answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Assisting residents with their requests such as calling taxis, collecting mail, passing on messages, scheduling repairs etc
  • Providing a concise handover to the next shift prior to leaving the resort
  • General administration duties
  • Provide occasional support to the in-house restaurant
  • Ensure that all common areas are kept neat and tidy

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A willingness to work most weekends
  • Excellent people skills
  • Very high level verbal communication skills
  • A driver’s license
  • A willingness to consistently provide excellent service
  • A background in the hospitality industry or face to face customer service
  • A team player and a willingness to help out wherever and whenever required
