We are looking for a consultant with a background in one or more of the following: organisational development, change management, organisational restructuring, productivity improvement and behavioural change in the workplace. Your primary duties will include: - Problem diagnosis including understanding the issues effecting clients’ businesses
- Data analysis
- Scoping solutions
- Communicating complex solutions to clients
- Implementing solutions
- Client relationship building
- Diagnostic and outcome reporting
Selection criteria for this role includes:
- A proven track record in organisational consulting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills including working with detailed data and numerical analysis
- An ability to successfully interact with a broad range of stakeholders
- Prepare and present detailed reports
