SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Our client is aspecialist provider of toll-free, fixed line, mobile and broadband solutions to small and medium businesses. They currently employ over 120 staff throughout Australia & New Zealand. They are in a growth phase and hence have an internal opportunities available for an experience Senior Technical Consultant.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Fault management and escalation for 13/1300/1800 services
- Liaise with carriers to ensure service continuity
- Provide technical support to internal/external customers
- Testing facilities/services guaranteeing compliance with customer requests
- Engage in continuous improvements in operational processes
To be successful for this role you must:
- A minimum of 2 years Telco provisioning experience
- Experience in inbound services 13,1300,1800 numbers
- Experience in trouble shooting and fault resolution
- Experience with the constructing complex routing trees for 13/1300/1800 numbers
- Ability to self manage
- Must be a team player
- Excellent verbal and written skills
