Senior Book Keeper

As the book keeper you will be in charge of all the book keeping responsibilities typically associated with a medium size business including accounts payable and accounts receivable . This position is vital for the business, so your punctuality & reliability are important
Your primary duties will include:

Account payable and accounts receivable

General Invoicing
-
Payroll for approximately 20 staff
-
PAYG
-
BAS/GST
-
On-line banking duties
-
Bank reconciliations
-
Work closely with external accountant
To be considered for this role you must:
-
Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a book keeper (performing all of the above duties) for a medium size entity

Excellent MYOB skills
-
Not live more than 40 mins away from Dandenong

Have good Word and Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills
