Our client has been tailoring business communications and technology solutions to meet Australia's business needs for over 20 years. They supply business communication and technology products and services to both the SME sector as well as to larger corporations. They provide the tools, connectivity and infrastructure organisations need to stay connected and competitive.
This is a new role due to the company experiencing significant growth in recent times. You will be working in a small and friendly office where you will be making outbound calls to potential clients who will consist of other businesses. Working off a database supplied to you your primary function will be to generate interest in the company’s products and services for the sales staff to follow up.

Reporting directly to the sales manager you will be provided training and all the support required to do your job properly.
Most of your calls will be to new prospects, however, you will also be provided warm leads to follow up on.
Your primary duties will include:
- Cold calling new prospects
- Calling warm leads supplied to you
- Explaining the company’s products and services over the phone to interested parties
- Ascertaining clients’ Telco needs
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years telemarketing experience
- An ability to make a large volume of calls
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Great organisation skills
Whilst not essential experience in the Telco space will be regarded favourably
