About the Role
As one of their in-house Interior Designers you will be entrusted to utilize your creative flair and eye for detail.  You will work closely with the Sales and Project teams to design, document and guide clients throughout the process of multiple Design and Construct projects, mainly within the Education Sector.

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous interior design exp necessary
  • Qualifications – desirable but not necessary
  • Exp with ArchiCAD software/Rhino and/or Adobe Suite
  • Expertise in engaging and supporting clients in achieving their vision
  • Understanding of National Construction Code/Australian Standards

About the Role
Our client specialises in designing and building lifestyle, country, and coastal homes on and around the south coast. They pride themselves on providing a personalised experience for their customers. They are now looking for an experienced Colour Selections Consultant to join their team! The successful candidate will be responsible for external and internal colour selections for clients’ new homes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Colour Selections Consultant. Marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential. Excellent written and oral communication is a must!

  • Arrange and undertake Selection meetings with Clients
  • Update and suggest the client’s floor plans and home designs
  • Continue to liaise with the client post selections meeting
  • Arrange for variations or pricing on upgrades including scope
  • Create and update visual colour boards, samples and products
  • Create and update digital colour schemes and inclusions documents for client research and reference prior to meetings and consultations
  • Inform clients and resolve discontinued products, stock issues, design or product changes and challenges during the build phase
  • Be up to date with current trends, colours and ideas within the building industry and home styles

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of proven colour selections experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Marketing experience is advantageous (but not essential)
  • Passionate and solution focussed
  • Enjoys a challenge
