We are looking for motivated, trained mortgage broking professionals to join our growing team in-house. We have experienced substantial growth as a business and need to expand our in-house broker team.

Duties:

  • Liaising and presenting finance options to clients.
  • Understanding customers’ needs to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Conversing with customers to help them assess various lending products in the market and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Work with a dedicated support team to process and settle applications in relevant systems to ensure efficient processing.
  • Maintain regular and frequent communication with customers to provide support and education across the entire application process whilst keeping company CRM’s up to date.
  • Work closely with senior management and develop new systems and processes that are geared towards growth.

  
Skills and Experience:

  • WORKING IN THE INDUSTRY AS A BROKER
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry as a registered broker.
  • A goal-driven personality, strong motivation and keen focus on achieving targets
  • Previous sales successes with excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Be absolutely client focused
  • Honest and dependable
