This Australian owned national company pride themselves on providing quality domestic and light commercial building repairs, renovations and maintenance.  They service a vast array of clientele including Education, Real Estate, Government and work closely with Insurance Companies.  
About the Role
You will be one of two Assessor/Supervisors working in the Adelaide CBD and suburbs.  You will assess the project, estimate the costs involved, and project manage/supervise everything from A to Z.  Your background in construction/carpentry/site supervision and/or minor project management will put you at the top of the list.  Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm are the hours and a vehicle is also included.

  • Assess/Supervise jobs from A to Z
  • Conduct on-site property reports for clients
  • Prepare accurate Scope of Works
  • Prepare Variations when required
  • Ensure WHS legislation is complied with
  • Upskill in relation to Home Building Insurance
  • Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors
  • Provide exceptional customer service  

  Skills and Experience  

  • Current drivers’ license
  • Current white card
  • Be willing to obtain a Police Check
  • Be willing to obtain a working with Children check
  • Up to date with WHS legislation
  • Up to date with Council requirements
  • Carpentry Trade qualification and/or Cert IV desirable

About the Role
They are now looking for another experienced Project Manager/Builder to come on board and look after their ever growing Renovation/Extension Projects.  You will need to manage 4 to 6 projects at a time, and love what you do.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous renovation and/or extension project management exp
  • Qualifications and/or Cert IV desirable
  • Ability to build and maintain a rapport with third parties
  • Ability to multi-task with a smile on your face
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
