You are responsible for obtaining all documentation required by authorities to install a sign. This will include, but not be limited to Development Approval, Construction Certificate and Occupational Certificate.
  
Job duties for this role may vary based on the type of certification required.

Duties:

  • Prepare and submit Development Application.
  • Organise Construction Certificate.
  • Organise Occupational Certificate.
  • Keep all documents up to date.

Skills and Experience:

  • With 3-5 years of solid experience in Development Approvals, Construction Certificates and Occupational Certificates will be highly advantageous.
  • You must be a very well organised person with good attention to detail. You must be able to follow strict procedures.
  • Have their own reliable transportation

About the Role
As one of their valued Project Managers you will be tasked with looking after 5 to 6 projects from A to Z.  Together with the assistance of a Contracts Administrator, you will ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the valued client.

  • Project Manage 5 to 6 “high end” projects simultaneously

Skills and Experience

  • Previous renovation and/or extension experience desirable
  • Qualifications considered – Builders/Carpenters/Cert IV/PM’s/Architects
  • Proficient with Builder Trend software desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and Attention to detail
  • Construction card and fully vaxxed is a must
