About the Role
This is a multi-dimensional role, suited to someone with high energy and drive and covers several key areas. The right person will have a strong back ground in Consulting and have experience in Project management.
  
Consulting and Projects 
You will manage digital workplace implementation projects, liaising with clients, updating them on projects, managing internal resources and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  
You will work closely with and be supported by the project management team to deliver these projects.
Projects include delivery of the ready-to-go intranet – Injio (a market leading solution based on SharePoint Online) and general technology consulting focusing on M365 stack for which you will undertake analysis and provide consulting.
  
You will be responsible for facilitating:

  • Project kick-off sessions
  • Discovery sessions and workshops
  • Requirements gathering activities
  • Training and handover sessions    

Client Management
As a client-facing role, you will nurture strong relationships with the clients and be a trusted advisor, uncovering business problems and providing creative and innovative solutions through consultation.
  
Product Development          
The products are continuously improving and evolving. You will contribute to the product development by being the voice of the clients.

Duties:

  • Requirements gathering activities

  • Nurture strong relationships with clients

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years business analysis or technology consulting experience
  • 2+ years in technology project management
  • 2+ years experience facilitating client engagement sessions
  • 2 + years working with technical specialists (internal and external)
  • Experience with Intranets, SharePoint and Office365 Platform
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Super organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise between client and technical team
