Our client is one of Australia’s fastest growing property tech/real estate start-ups and due to significant growth they are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator in their Sydney CBD HQ. About the Role:
They are a multidisciplinary digital team looking for a performance marketer with hands-on experience running Google and Facebook ads to join their team as they enter a phase of rapid growth. The chosen candidate must be at a stage in their career where they have mastered the basics and are ready to learn and grow by being taken out of their comfort zone.

  • Manage daily account management responsibilities associated with optimising campaign performance across Google, Facebook & Bing
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Drive additional revenue streams such as referral programs and partnerships
  • Coming up with new growth strategies and channels that have real business impact (ie driving revenue, subscriptions etc)
  • Writing editorial content
  • Managing marketing campaigns
  • Creating online content.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience with proven results in a similar B2C online digital lead generation, e-commerce organisation or performance agency
  • Experience across a wide range of marketing tasks and channels most importantly Google ads
  • Confidence in owning Google ads budget. Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Bing Ads and Google Analytics is also desired. 
  • Experience across the entire marketing funnel – from ad creative to landing pages, conversion funnels and lead nurturing programs
  • The right person will be highly analytical, a fast learner and abstract thinker
  • If you can’t talk about your experiences and the results you achieved in terms of key PPC metrics, and how you proactively optimised your channels to improve them, then you won’t be the right fit.
  • Highly proficient with Excel
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads
  • Startup experience desirable
  • Online and Digital Marketing qualifications
