About the Role:
They are looking for a full time Community/Strata Manager who will have a variety of responsibilities, spread across all types of schemes. You will be attending various body corporate meetings and be responsible for all of the minutes and administration involved.

Duties:

  • Meeting attendance and minute taking
  • Working closely with Committee’s and Colleagues
  • Answering queries and providing advice
  • Answering Correspondence
  • Have a knowledge of financials and budgets
  • Preparation of Meeting notices

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Stratamax Software
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the portfolio
  • Being able to problem solve
  • Work with a team of fantastic colleagues
  • Have a hands-on approach and be able to juggle multiple properties at the one time
  • Capability of working in what can be a high pressured environment at times, as is the nature of this industry, but no two days are the same.
  • Qld drivers licence and reliable vehicle required
  • Previous experience of working within a body corporate business.

We are seeking a professional, highly organised  and experienced Property Manager. You will grow and manage your own portfolio including leasing, repairs and maintenance and day-to-day management of our clients’ investment properties.

Duties:

  • Manage an immaculately maintained portfolio
  • Managing the day to day tasks of a property portfolio
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
  • Perfect communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle urgent issues
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
  • Repairs & maintenance
  • Leasing and attending to lease sign ups
  • Arrears control and management
  • Routine inspections, including ingoing, periodic and outgoing
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance
  • Insurance matters
  • Mid and end of month procedures including landlord payouts

  
  
Skills and Experience:

  • Current Class 2 real estate license – leasing and sales
  • You will be a driven individual, self-motivated, focused and willing to work as part of a friendly team
  • You will have exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You will have strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in the use of REALPRO is desirable but not essential
  • You must own a current drivers license & drive a reliable vehicle
  • You must have a proven track record in property management
