  • Manage a portfolio of properties in collaboration with a Senior Property Manager
  • Undertake property inspections and prepare condition reports
  • Maintain strong and existing client relationships including building on and bringing in new clients
  • Attend to rental arrears, terminations and claims with the tribunal
  • Liaise with an array of stakeholders including landlords, tenants, tradespeople and strata employees
  • Manage marketing and advertising activities

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Property Manager with a valid Certificate of Registration
  • PropertyMe experience an advantage
  • Must have experience with CRMs
  • Second language an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
