About the Role
Australia’s largest floor and window covering retail specialist with over 200 stores. As a trusted and innovative business offering a diverse range of products, they are committed to offering a consultative approach and providing exceptional customer service.  Due to current expansion and product developments, our client requires a motivated and proactive Flooring Sales Consultant to join their supportive team.

 Duties:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to provide the best possible service and product knowledge
  • Set up and schedule appointments, and follow up on leads
  • Promote and sell premium flooring and window covering options directly from the showroom floor
  • Carry out in -home measures and quotes as required
  • Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in the flooring industry or similar
  • Ability to measure and document floor plans to scale on a graph sheet
  • Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
  • An outgoing and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Motivation to succeed and meet targets
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively
