About the Role
Due to expansion, they are looking for another Field Service Technician.  You will report to the National Customer Success Manager.  Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, but your main priority will be to ensure that the customers’ needs are meet, at all times.

Duties

  • Repair and service commercial cleaning equipment
  • Tag and test equipment as required
  • Train customers how to use and maintain equipment
  • Install chemical, soap, toilet paper and hand towel dispensers
  • Work closely with the service, operations and sales teams

Skills and Experience

  • Similar technician experience
  • Current Australian driver’s licence 
  • Fully vaccinated

About the Role: 

Due to the growth of the business, our well-established client is currently seeking an experienced Signage Installer or Lead Installer to help facilitate the many installation projects that they have scheduled. You will be required to travel to the site, make decisions, problem-solve, and lead junior staff through your expertise in all areas of signage installation.

Duties:

  • Installations of all types of signs
  • Working with a collaborative team, mentor & manage juniors, update senior manager on progress & troubleshoot any problems.
  • Meet customers, manage the installation process on-site, make decisions, and provide excellent service delivery.
  • Perform site measures, follow SWMS & complete JSA’s  

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in the signage industry installing Pylons, LED lettering, light boxes, acrylic and ACM panels (all are preferred), vinyl application is advantageous
  • Proven track record of working autonomously without supervision
  • Ability to read and follow building plans and engineers’ drawings
  • Strong mechanical fixing knowledge & skilled in the use of power tools
  • Construction Blue card / White card required. EWP and working at heights tickets are preferred. WPCG accreditations are an advantage.

You will be required to work flexible hours, as our job sites and workloads change from day to day. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time position.
