About the Role:
  
This crucial role is will be the key support for the General Manager, communicating with internal & external parties. Our client requires a highly organised, methodical & mature-minded administrator & office all-rounder, who enjoys a challenge, and thrives in a fast-paced & demanding environment.

Duties:

  • Main point of contact between the GM, internal staff, and external clients
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Handling correspondence directed to the GM
  • Assistance with tender and project management administration
  • Assistance with document control and maintenance
  • Consultant and client liaison, both written & verbal
  • General office support, including adhoc admin duties, filing and archiving
  • Reception type duties, including first point of contact via phone and in person
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Sales team assistance, including appointment confirmations and database maintenance  

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a busy office environment, personal assistant experience preferable
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Professional discretion
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to forward think
  • A flexible and adaptive attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and knowledge, including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of SEO  
  • Branding management experience. 
  • Ability to progress up to marketing management.
