About the Role

Your job will be to provide exceptional admin support to two very busy Strata Managers.  You will be an integral part of the team and work alongside and learn from these professionals.  You will be their “right hand” person.  They will rely on you and you will be appreciated.  Show them what you are capable of and career progression could be yours.

Duties

  • Accurate preparation of Minutes, Documents, Letters…
  • Liaise with owners, Managing Agents and Contractors
  • Attending to email/phone requests and queries
  • Data Entry
  • Assist with meeting preparation
  • Daily administrative tasks and more…..

About the Employer Our client is a “Not for Profit” organisation that works towards improving outcomes for people suffering from debilitating conditions.  They work tirelessly to enhance the wider community’s understanding of the condition, to fight against stigma and discrimination and improve management confidence to sufferers and family members.
  
About the Role They are offering a 6 month Contract, on a full-time basis, with the option of an extension to a kind, caring and compassionate call taker.  You will be joining a National Team of likeminded people.  This is not a counselling role.  You will be taking calls, providing advice (training provided), referring people and ensuring accurate data is entered onto the CRM system.  The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and you will also be on a roster to work one Saturday or Sunday every 4 to 6 weeks.  You will be given a day off when this happens, so you will only ever be working 5 days a week.
   
This role would suit someone who has previously worked for organisations such as Lifeline, Cancer Council, Beyond Blue etc….  It may also be of interest to people studying in the Health sector.   You must be a WA resident to be considered for this opportunity.
