About the Employer:
Our client is an established and growing Property Conveyancing firm specialising in residential property conveyancing across NSW.
  
About the Role:
Working within a close-knit team, we are seeking a friendly and professional Client Services Administrator to manage client relationships and assist with conveyancing administration.

Duties:

  • Main contact for clients regarding the status of their property purchase or sale
  • Answering calls and assisting clients with any queries
  • Following up with clients regarding documents required
  • Liaising with banks and agents
  • Meeting clients, verifying ID and lodging documents
  • Admin including data entry, scanning documents, and posting letters

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Personable, well presented, and confident
  • Mature minded and able to communicate with clients and build rapport
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in banking, real estate or a law firm would be an advantage but is not essential
