About the Role:

Working within a close-knit team we are seeking a passionate, upbeat and self-motivated Customer Service / Internal Sales Consultant to manage relationships and service requests with existing clients and to ensure optimum levels of customer service are achieved.

Duties:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing calls from existing clients
  • Quoting and proposing services to new clients
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting in scheduling Consultants and Account Managers for site visitation
  • Project managing work orders and liaising with the Account Management team
  • Weekly activity reporting

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience either phone based or face to face
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • A bubbly and positive persona
  • Competent computer skills including knowledge of MS Word and Excel
