Working within a close-knit team we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide high levels of customer service to customers.

Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Following up leads for potential new customers
  • Preparing quotes
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Scheduling
  • Activity reporting and administration

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience in a process driven environment
  • Clear communication and a professional phone manner
  • A bubbly and positive persona
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
