About the Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to analyse and define the incoming application support calls and engage with the technical team to assist with escalation and resolution and provide management reporting.

Duties:

  • Provide L1 technical support for our customers, by handling inbound calls from our customers who require technical assistance with their existing set-up
  • Escalate, if required to L2/L3, after analyzing the issue, obtaining comprehensive details and unsuccessful attempts to resolve
  • Be an active member in contributing ideas to improve the support process to provide outcomes for customer success
  • Anticipate risk and issues, ensure appropriate action is taken to migrate/escalate/resolve them
  • Management and Reporting of Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests Regularly update product knowledge & technical skills
  • Maintain status on drawdown of pre-paid Application Support Contracts

  
Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years plus experience with .NET & application support
  • Experience with Data Capture Technical development e.g.Kofax (KC/KTA), ReadSoft or Captiva.
  • Knowledge of various Operating Systems (Windows, Linus, MacOS)
  • Solid .NET experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in computing related areas.
  • Experience in Angular development
  • AWS Cloud implementation/integration experience
