About the Employer

Construction industry consultants, based in Malvern and close to public transport.  This business employs quantity surveyors and construction cost consultants to work on a variety of projects.

Advising on construction projects around Australia since 1974, there is an experienced team of professionals who have worked on all facets of Quantity Surveying services.
  
About the Role

This is an existing part-time position to replace a long serving staff member who has recently retired.  The role is primarily focused on administration with approximately 25% reception duties. 

In order to be successful in the role, you will be trustworthy, integrity driven, outgoing, friendly, organised, discrete, able to demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter and have experience as a skilled Administrator.

Skills and Experience

  • Administration experience essential
  • Microsoft Office proficiency essential (esp. Excel)
  • Small business experience desirable
  • Bookkeeping background highly desirable
  • HandiSoft experience highly desirable
