About the Role:
As the customer liaison Officer the primary purpose of this position will be to oversee the customer contract file from beginning to end and to ensure proactive communication with the customers are maintained at all times.

The essentials of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

  • Liaise with customers in relation to their swimming pool installation
  • Ensure all required completions works are delegated/ordered in conjunction with customer completions timeframes
  • Respond to all customer correspondence in accordance with the ALT Customer Service Charter
  • Support all field personnel and contractors to ensure smooth and timely construction completion for all clients
  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, installation and sales teams

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years or more customer service experience required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn customised software systems
  • A strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Positive and proactive attitude
