About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organised Medical Receptionist/Administrator who can effectively multi-task. You will be manning the front desk, greeting patients; while answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and typing reports for the Audiologists.

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Answering incoming calls 
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings
  • Typing reports for Audiologists
  • Processing of accounts 

Skills and Experience:

  • +1 years administration experience expected
  • Medical reception experience would be a bonus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Excellent phone, email and face to face communications skills
