About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to join our team. You will be a mature and experienced candidate who is ambitious and keen to progress into a Technical Manager role in the future. You will be experienced in MSP & have a good variety of background across routers, servers & complex Office365 problems.

  • Manage issues for a wide range of technology, systems and applications
  • Act as the escalation point for more complex issues within the team
  • Provide remote and onsite support 
  • Liaise with clients to interpret complex issues for better client relationship
  • Assist with and/or manage small to medium projects (Asure Migrations, Office 365 migrations, on prem refresh etc)
  • Perform remote software upgrades and implementations
  • Build customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Audit and identify stability and performance improvements for clients
  • Assist with the design and delivery of client solutions

Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in a similar position and excellent technical capabilities, including:

  • Advanced understanding of networking
  • MSP Experience an advantage
  • Microsoft Accreditation – MCP, MCSE, MTA ETC; or equivalent experience
  • Windows Server administration, and support including HyperV/VMware/Azure.
  • Office 365 Migration and administration. Advanced Security 
  • A current unrestricted driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
  • The right to work in Australia
